This Request for Information (RFI) seeks contractors capable of providing comprehensive furniture management services, including all supervision, labor, transportation, materials, tools, incidentals, equipment, services, and quality assurance necessary to decommission, remove, and dispose of existing furniture in Building 2028, located at 230 Hall Blvd., Joint Base San Antonio, TX, 78243 (RMs 111, 116, 119, 121 & 158A-1), for 29 workstations; concurrently, the contractor will relocate, modify as needed, and re-install existing furniture from Building 1530, located at 410 North Frank Luke, San Antonio, TX, 78226, into Building 2028, adapting the furniture to match connections and standards of Building 1530, adhering to provided drawings, implementing minor adjustments to ensure proper compatibility and functionality, reconnecting all relocated/installed workstations at electrical sites, and following industry standards and practices for office furniture relocation and installation, as further detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) which specifies the number of workstations and other furnishings required
