Synopsis:

|
The City is seeking input from qualified organizations on potential solutions for managing damaged plastic carts. Specifically, the City is looking for information related to the collection, processing, reuse, recycling, or disposal of the existing 31,000 HDPE carts and additional ongoing need for cart removal, processing and disposal of 4,500 carts each year.
