Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 05/27/2025 for Bid #

The removal and dismantling of office furniture, including cubicles and judge’s benches from the designated office space (1ST Floor & Floors 9 – 15) & Courtrooms at 212 Washington St., Newark, 07102. .

NOTE: All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.

• BIDDER MUST SUBMIT ONE (1) ORIGINAL AND TWO (2) COPIES OF THIS BID
• IF NOTIFIED BIDDER MUST ATTEND GOVERNING BODY AWARD MEETING
