The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed Proposals for Remote Chief Building Official Services until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) onJuly 18, 2025 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, Colorado 80701.

No public opening will be held.

Proposals must be received at City Hall prior to 3:00 p.m. (MST) on July 18, 2025.  All proposals received after this deadline will not be considered.

Project Summary and Proposal Document Information: The City of Fort Morgan will select a contract firm to provide Chief Building Official, Building Inspection Services.  The work is anticipated to include permit and plan review, building code consultation and building inspection.

A copy of the bid and associated documentation may be obtained as follows:

Any proposals received as a result of this request are prepared at the Respondent's expense and become the property of the City of Fort Morgan and therefore, public record.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any and all informalities or irregularities therein.

Opening Date: The opening will not be a public opening as it will be subject to staff review of billing rates, schedule, options, qualifications, and possible interviews.
