d'Alene, ID 83814 until 1:00 p.m. Pacific time, on Thursday, May 14, 2026 for 23171 RE-BID: Remodel
Restrooms Boswell Hall, North Idaho College, Coeur d'Alene, ID
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Selective demolition and remodeling
of the existing restrooms on the main level and upper level and adding two new additional single fixture
restrooms. Work includes removal of existing tile, partitions, masonry walls, accessories, electrical
items, and plumbing fixtures. New work includes new tile finishes, doors, frames and hardware, steel
stud and GWB walls, new floor and wall tile,toilet partitions, accessories, electrical and plumbing.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

Pacific time, at the Headwaters Complex Conference Room, North Idaho College Facility
Operations, 701 River Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814 Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $375.00 Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
