Scope of Work:
Remodel of two (2) existing classrooms, which includes the demolition of portions of the existing walls and ceilings, new floor finishes, painting of the existing walls, new lay-in ceiling areas, new countertops on the existing casework, new power and data, new millwork and other miscellaneous work as indicated on the drawings.
Sealed bids for the Remodel of Classrooms for the Aviation Program at the Academy of Arts, Career and Technology (AACT) will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on May 6, 2025. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 p.m. (local time).
