The City of Mattoon is accepting sealed proposals for pavement and concrete patching of Section 25-00000-04-GM. All questions concerning the contract are due no later than Wednesday July 9, 2025, at 12:00 pm. Proposals shall be submitted on bid documents that are available to you. Sealed bids labeled “2025 Pavement and Concrete Patching” are due by 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday July 16, 2025, to the City Clerk’s office at 208 North 19th Street, Mattoon, Illinois 61938. The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
