Scope of Services
The purpose of this solicitation is intended to establish local contractors (Bradenton, FL) with rapid response time for fire, smoke and water remediation. The work covered by this contract shall consist of, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, services, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and all miscellaneous requirements needed to perform all operations outlined in this document. Contractor(s) shall respond immediately for any emergency call or immediate need requested by the school district and will be on-site and commencing services within two (2) hours of initial contact for any and all sites.

Good afternoon,
Under Section 3, Bid Submittals section of the ITB, could you please clarify the distinction between ‘Proof of qualifications’ (#2) and ‘Copy of all applicable licenses and certifications’ (#5)? We want to ensure we are submitting the correct documentation for each requirement without duplicating information. Additionally under Section 3, could you please clarify whether the Time & Material provisions outlined in the solicitation apply to all service calls/projects under this contract, or only to larger-scale/specific projects? Additionally, will the District notify us prior to the commencement of a project if Time & Materials is the basis that should be used? Thank you. |
