Relocation Services Request for Proposals

The Housing Authority seeks a highly responsive and qualified professional Proposer with extensive experience in all aspects of relocation services and the ability to provide comprehensive, day-to-day support. Such services include, but are not limited to, relocation planning and coordination; eligibility determinations; preparation and delivery of required notices; advisory assistance to displaced households and businesses; needs assessments; replacement referrals; payment claims processing; documentation and recordkeeping; and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local relocation regulations.
The successful Proposer shall have demonstrated experience in preparing relocation plans and related documentation; coordinating and conducting relocation activities; evaluating eligibility and payment claims; preparing and submitting required reports for review; obtaining necessary approvals; and managing all aspects of the relocation process, including scheduling, coordination with property owners and occupants, and overall project oversight to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
The successful Proposer shall be responsible for providing all necessary resources, personnel, and equipment required to perform relocation services efficiently and in accordance with the agreement. The Proposer shall ensure that all staff and/or subcontractors are properly trained in applicable relocation procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols to ensure that all services are performed in a professional, accurate, and compliant manner.
