Relocatable Office Building

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed-Price delivery order as a limited source for the procurement of a continued lease of a relocatable office building from Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc. (CAGE 0TYD9) in support of the NAWCAD Lakehurst, on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ 08733. If the Government were to obtain a lease from another source, a substantial duplication of costs would be incurred for furniture removal costs, tear down preparations, tear down, Pacific Mobile Structures relocatable removal costs, new facility costs, and wiring/furnishing costs. It is anticipated that the duplication of costs will not be recovered through competition.

The Government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for, or award, a contract. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice via email no later than 14 March 2025 at 06:00 P.M. EDT to Andrew Kolpack at andrew.j.kolpack.civ@us.navy.mil.
