Description: THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (“THE AUTHORITY”) INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO FURNISH ALL SUPERVISION, LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT (EXCEPT FOR SERVICES, MATERIALS AND/OR EQUIPMENT TO BE FURNISHED BY OTHERS AS SPECIFICALLY REFERRED TO IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS) AND PERFORM ALL OPERATIONS REQUIRED FOR SUPPLY OF RELAY PANEL SKINS/CABINET AND THE SPECIFIED LOOSE RELAYS AND PARTS IN THE BILL OF MATERIALS, DELIVERY DUTY PAID (DDP) TO THE NYPA’S DESIGN FACILITY AS SET FORTH IN THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS LOCATED IN THE RFP.
NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS: FIRMS/ENTITIES ARE HEREBY DIRECTED TO MAKE USE OF THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY'S WEBSITE AT WWW.NYPA.GOV IN ORDER TO OBTAIN INSTRUCTIONS ON PARTICIPATING IN SUBMITTING COMPANY INFORMATION THROUGH ARIBA.
