Related to Physical and Mental Wellness Program(s) for Law Enforcement Agencies

This Request for Information (RFI) solicitation is being issued to collect information from qualified providers for a comprehensive health and wellness program for Law Enforcement Officers to proactively address the physical, mental and emotional health needs of officers by providing support programs and readily available resources to help counsel, manage stress, prevent burnout, and maintain the overall well-being, ultimately enhancing job performance and safety while on duty.

No award will be generated from this solicitation and no offer may be extended for this solicitation. This RFI is for information only that may be used for a future forthcoming solicitation. Issuance of an RFI does not automatically imply that an IFB or RFP will follow.

DISCLAIMERS: The County’s request is for information purposes only and is not obligated in any way to use any information received or to imply a future purchase. Respondents responding to this RFI will not be compensated in any way. Also, participation in the RFI will not enhance any Respondent’s opportunity of receiving future awards from the County. Similarly, not responding to this RFI will not be detrimental to any Respondent when competing for future awards. This RFI is not a prerequisite to any competitive procurement process.

CONTACT WITH TARRANT COUNTY DEPARTMENTS: To maintain the integrity of the RFI process, as well as the integrity of any future Request for Proposal for the purchase of the same or similar services, contact of any type regarding this RFI must be limited to only the Tarrant County Purchasing Department or authorized employees. Failure to honor this requirement could jeopardize a Respondent’s future award eligibility.
