Description

The reissue Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract to provide janitorial services for MN Department of Transportation (MnDOT) Fort Snelling, located at 6000 Minnehaha Avenue South, Saint Paul, MN 55111. The total approximate square footage is 93,000.

MnDOT will supply all necessary cleaning supplies and chemicals. The Contract Vendor will only use cleaning supplies and chemicals that have been supplied by the agency. The Contract Vendor must provide its own cleaning equipment including, but not limited to, brooms, mops, waxing equipment, carpet cleaner, and window cleaning equipment.

A mandatory pre-proposal will take place at MnDOT Fort Snelling at 6000 Minnehaha Ave., St. Paul, MN 55111 on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 9:00AM CT. Responders must register by Friday, October 10, 2025, at 3:00 PM CT. To register for the pre-proposal meeting, contact Lisa Jaeger (Lisa.Jaeger@state.mn.us) and Christopher Schipp (Christopher.Schipp@state.mn.us) via email. Responders must attend the pre-proposal meeting prior to submitting their response, unless they attended the previous pre-proposal meeting that was held on September 15, 2025. Responses received from responders that did not attend the pre-proposal meeting will be rejected.

Any questions or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Mai N Lor at Mai.N.Lor@state.mn.us.  If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify the Acquisition Management Specialist/Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document.  All questions should be submitted no later than October 16, 2025 at 2:00PM CT. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.
