Reinsurance Brokerage Services

SGI is conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Reinsurance Brokerage Services. SGI is seeking a reinsurance brokerage services partner who will:

• Ensure SGI’s reinsurance programs adequately address solvency risk and earnings volatility, while supporting the achievement of SGI’s corporate strategic objectives.

• Ensure SGI’s reinsurance programs are fully placed with fair pricing and coverage terms, with sound, reliable reinsurance partners.

• Facilitate claims reporting to participating reinsurers and ensure timely payment of amounts owing from reinsurers. Provide value add services and expertise to improve sophistication on the primary side of SGI’s business, as well as provide support for various regulatory reporting requirements and analytical projects.

Note: Due to the confidential nature of this RFP, proponent must complete and return the NDA, found in Appendix C, to receive the appropriate information to complete their RFP submission. Proponents should attempt to have their NDA executed within the first seven (7) days of the RFP posting, or they may not have time to complete their response by the submission deadline.
