Title
Rehabilitation of the Mall Tunnel
Synopsis
The Contract, entitled DCKA-2026-Q-0077 is entered into
between the District of Columbia Office of Contracting and
Procurement (the District or OCP), on behalf of the District
Department of Transportation (DDOT). DDOT is seeking a
consultant to provide design consultation services for the
Rehabilitation of the Mall Tunnel. The Consultant shall perform
its services consistent with the skill and care ordinarily provided
by general engineering consultants practicing in major urban
areas on projects of a similar type, costs, and size. The
Consultant shall perform its services as expeditiously as is
consistent with such skill and care and the orderly progress of
the projects.
