Project Description: The Ashanti Fire House, located in Louisville's historic Parkland neighborhood, is a culturally significant site that once served as a fire station and later evolved into a community hub. The Office of Housing and Community Development is looking for qualified vendors to complete the Phase I Rehabilitation at 1150 S 28th Street while maintaining the the historic integrity of the structure.
