The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system.

As part of maintaining the infrastructure, the District is seeking qualified Contractors (Contractor) to provide repair services to CFTOD Cooling Tower Cells #5 and #6 located at the Magic Kingdom Central Energy Plant (CEP) in order to correct known deficiencies in the system. The CEP is located at 5300 Center Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. The term ‘qualified’ is defined as any individual, firm, corporation or company that, either in person or through representative, is engaged in and is responsible for the installation, replacement or repair of cooling tower systems; is experienced in such work and familiar with all precautions required; and has complied with all the requirements of local, state and federal codes and standards.
