The Village of Libertyville (Owner) invites sealed Bidder's Proposals for the Work generally described as follows:  Rehabilitation of Cook Tower, which will include interior wet coating repairs and minor improvements. Owner will receive sealed Bidder’s Proposal for the Work until 10:00 AM, local time, Thursday, February 13th, 2025 at 200 East Cook Avenue, Libertyville, Illinois 60048, at which time, all Bidder’s Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders or their agents are invited to be present.
