of the installation of a metal lining system including repairs to the existing tunnel, foundation system, drainage system, and reinstallation of existing LED lighting fixtures on the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) Trail in Frostburg, Maryland.

Additional Instructions
Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Monday through Friday at the office of the Director of Public Works, upon payment of $150.00 for each set payable
to the Allegany County Commissioners. Payment for the documents is non-refundable. An additional $20.00 per set
will be charged for US mail postage (mailed only upon request). To purchase documents, contact Laura Taylor
Office Associate, at 301-876-9269.
The Contract Documents may be examined at the Allegany County Department of Public Works 701 Kelly
Road, Suite 300, Cumberland, Maryland 21502. Information is also available at http://alleganygov.org/Bids.aspx .
Bidders must purchase the Contract Documents directly from Allegany County to submit a bid for
consideration.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to Allegany County Commissioners, 701
Kelly Road, Suite 407, Cumberland, Maryland 21502 and marked “SEALED BID, SHA# AL102B51; FAP# AC-
TAP 0004(352)E” on the outside of the envelope.

A Pre-Bid Meeting for the purpose of answering or obtaining answers to questions of parties interested in contracting for the work will be conducted at Allegany County Office Complex at 701 Kelly Road, Cumberland, MD 10:00 AM, local time, on Thursday, April 16, 2026.
