Rehabilitation for the Mercer County Parking Garage at Market

The County of Mercer requests bids for Rehabilitation for the Mercer County Parking Garage at Market and Cooper Streets, located in the City of Trenton, Mercer County. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract and awarded to one contractor.  There is a base bid only, there are no alternates.

Site-Visit: May 28,2026 at 10:00 A.M.  at 209 South Broad Street, Trenton NJ, 08650.  Please contact Joe Vena for any inquiries regarding the site visit at jvena@mercercounty.org The site-visit is not a mandatory requirement, but it is highly recommended.
