Project Details

The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS) intends to contract with one (1) firm to provide architectural and engineering Services. Firm(s) must possess a strong architectural and plumbing background as assigned tasks will primarily be in this area of expertise, with an occasional requirement of mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural engineering. Projects will involve the rehabilitation of existing Restrooms, Shower Rooms, and Janitorial Facilities.
