Description:

The work of this single bid project includes but is not limited to the complete replacement of approximately 56,057 sf removal of existing pavers and concrete walks, and replacement with a combination of hardscape and green landscaped areas, remediation of any drainage issues within the site, construction of a covered exterior canopy at Cook Hall, and installation of radiant snowmelt at Southworth Library. Scope of work includes but is not limited to general removals, lining of select storm sewer piping, new storm sewer piping, installation of unit pavers & concrete walks including sub-base, landscaping & plantings, installation of new canopy, installation of snowmelt system and minor abatement work.

Plans will be available after October 8, 2024 through Syracuse Blueprint (315-476-4048 & www.syracuseblueprintplanroom.com ).

A project walk-through has been scheduled for October 15, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at 34 Cornell Dr, Canton, NY 13617.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
