Rehab Toilet Rooms for ADA - Campus Center, Humanities and Social Science
Description:

The work of this single-bid project includes a gut rehab of toilet rooms in Campus Center, Humanities, and Social Sciences, including hazardous material abatement, demolition, plumbing, heating, electrical, new toilet partitions and fixtures, finishes, and ceilings. Phased renovation of toilet rooms in occupied buildings.

Plans will be available after August 31, 2020 through Camelot Print & Copy Center (www.teamcamelot.com or 518-435-9696). A video conference walk-through is scheduled for September 15, 2020 at 10 a.m. Please email the Consultant at mattr@ddarch.com by 5 pm on September 14, 2020 to receive an invitation. No bidders will be allowed on site. The virtual walk-through will consist of visual images and voiceover. The images shown will be made available to the bidders after the meeting.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
