The State University of New York at Oneonta is seeking qualifications from design firms/teams for the design and construction administration of the upgrade HVAC system to expand cooling to the Art Wing of Fine Arts Building. Renovation may include the replacement of Air Handling Units HV-2 and AC-4(with one unit); expansion of the chilled water distribution; and upgrades building automation system from pneumatic to digital controls.
