Rehab BMS-EMS Jahn Lab

The existing Johnson Controls DDC system in Jahn Laboratory which is original to the building, circa 1997, shall be replaced with an Alerton DDC system (campus standard). Replace all pneumatic actuators with electronic actuators. Replace laboratory VAV boxes with new air valves. Provide additional DX cooling to basement Lab rooms. Replace all pneumatic controls with electronic controls that are compatible with and tied in with the existing building management system. Rebalance entire mechanical system and functionally test the system based on the sequence of operation included in the bid documents and provide training to plant operators. All electrical, control, plumbing and associated mechanical modifications as required for a complete system are within the scope of the project.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid walkthrough is scheduled for Tuesday, October 8th at 10:00 AM with prospective bidders gathering in the basement of Jahn Laboratory.
