H-GAC is seeking a qualified contractor to provide professional and technical service for a Scenario Planning tool. This tool is designed to be a sophisticated resource for scenario planning, aimed at supporting the mobility system of the Houston 8-county region. It is crafted to ensure safe connections between people, places, and goods while also adapting to emerging technologies and enhancing economic opportunities. The tool will assess various factors such as policy uncertainty, multimodal transportation improvements, new technologies, telework, safety, resilience, economic impacts, and population changes. Additionally, it should offer customized performance measures for each scenario.
