Description
Central Midlands Council of Governments (CMCOG) in coordination and cooperation with the Comet and the SCDOT will perform a Regional Freight Transportation Plan. Responders to the RFP must demonstrate freight operational planning expertise, a strong knowledge of federal, state and regional requirements as well as economic development and land use strategic planning capabilities for the preparation of a comprehensive and strategic Regional Freight Plan.
All proposals will be logged in and date and time stamped. Any hardcopy proposal package that is received after the date and time specified will be logged and date and time stamped as “late” and returned unopened to the CONSULTANT.
