Description
East-West Gateway Council of Governments (the Council) is seeking proposals from a consultant or a team of consultants to design and conduct a series of full-scale exercises related to the Complex Coordinated Terrorist Attack project in the St. Louis Region.
Submittals are due no later than 1:00 p.m. local time on July 18, 2025
