Region 8 Traffic Signal Repair & Maintenance

The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) is soliciting proposals and bids for repair, operation and maintenance of three hundred and ten (310) electrically operated traffic control devices located in Westchester County of Region 8.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS

Effective December 30, 2024, no Contractor may submit a bid for public work in New York State unless they are registered with the NYS Department of Labor. Bids received from unregistered Contractors shall be deemed Non-responsive. Additionally, no Subcontractor may commence work on a public work project unless they are registered with the NYS Department of Labor.
