Description:	Scope is to build a new maintenance building onsite of the Fentress County TDOT location. The new maintenance building is to be a 40' x 80' Pre-Engineered Metal Building The proposed location is between an existing garage and existing storage shed. The existing garage is a 40x60 structure. The existing shed is a 20x100 structure. Both will be demolished as part of the project.
