Synopsis:

This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS)
to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Sanitary Pipeline and Storm Sewer Replacement at Regina Equipment Repair Depot Lab, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).
This project is focused on upgrading the sanitary and storm piping systems at 1610 Park St., Regina, by replacing the outdated infrastructure. The aim is to install new, reliable, and code-compliant systems that will improve overall functionality and safety. The work will be organized into phased stages over two to three fiscal years, carefully designed to ensure minimal disruption for building occupants. Additionally, there is the potential to complete the entire project within a single or two fiscal year.
