NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract REFUSE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING AND ASBESTOS PICK UP SERVICES 26-009-FM on or before April 8, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.


Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Facilities Management is seeking bids to provide safe, timely, and cost-effective collection, processing and/or disposal of refuse, recyclable materials, and asbestos-containing materials in accordance with federal, state, and local laws for various County locations. The County wishes to establish a mutually beneficial relationship to reduce costs year over year by improving traditional refuse collection with Services that inform and influence a reduction in waste generation, increase diversion, and provide transparent reporting.
The awarded bidder shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, support services, and reporting to provide timely and professional removal of refuse and recyclables.
