Description:

SCOPE OF WORK: The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) and resulting contract is to obtain the services of a single qualified contractor to provide annual requirements for 95 gallon refuse containers an as needed basis to be used in conjunction with the City’s fully automated waste collection program for the Department of Public Works in accordance with all specifications, terms and conditions herein.   Containers shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination.

The contract shall cover the period from March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026.

The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for four (4) additional one-year periods ending February 28, 2030. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods.
