Refuse Collection, Recycle & Portable Restroom Rentals Services

In accordance with School District Procurement Rules in the Arizona Administrative

Code (A.A.C.) promulgated by the State Board of Education pursuant to A.R.S.

§15-213, competitive sealed bids for the materials specified, will be received by the

Marana Unified School District, #6 (“District”), at the above specified location, until

the date and time cited.

Bids received by the correct time and date shall be opened and the amount bid shall be

publicly read and recorded. All other information contained in the Bid shall remain

confidential until award is made.

Physical bids will not be accepted and electronic submission is required.

The District will not be responsible for the pre-opening of, post-opening of, or failure to

open a bid not properly submitted or identified. Bids shall be in the actual possession

of the District on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late bids shall

not be considered.

One (1) electronic Bid is requested. Bids in response to this solicitation shall be

submitted electronically and received on or before the due date and time indicated above.

Physical, faxed or emailed bids are not acceptable.
