This document is a Request for Bid (RFB) for the base rebuild of one (1) Axial SAF 45/22.4-2 Induced Draft (ID) Fan Rotor Assembly at the CONTRACTOR’S facility for the DISTRICT’S Gerald Gentleman Station (GGS) in accordance with the scope of work and replacement parts described in SECTION B.

A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., CDT, for the purpose of reviewing the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the pre-bid meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.
