The City of Cape Coral will receive bids for Refurbishment of Duplex Lift Stations 115, 310, 311, 313 & 364, BUT2560SH. Detailed specifications may be obtained in this bid listing. Bids will be publicly opened at Cape Coral City Hall, 1015 Cultural Park Blvd, Cape Coral, FL 33990. Responses to this ITB will be accepted via Electronic submission only.

The Work of this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the refurbishment of five (5) lift stations (No. 115, 310, 311, 313 and 364), including the rehabilitation of the existing wet wells, electrical improvements, the replacement of submersible pumps, replacement of the upper barrel section of the wet well, and the furnishing and installation of associated piping and valves, the replacement of valve vault and wet well lids at hatches, the replacement of the valve vault, and the miscellaneous concrete work as required.
