The objective of this solicitation is to establish a Three-year IDIQ contract with a contractor to provide the WMATA Office of Elevator and Escalator (ELES) labor, materials and equipment required to refurbish approximately 10,000 used Westinghouse B1 & B2 Escalator Step Assemblies and paint yellow safety demarcations on each step. The refurbished escalator steps shall meet all ASME A17.1 code requirement and all OEM specifications.
