Project: Reforestation-Tree Shelter Supplies Santa Fe National Forest

Please email quotes no later than 1700 Mountain time on May 21, 2025, or sooner. Emails should be addressed to the attention of the Contract Specialist, Shavera Leveille at shavera.leveille@usda.gov. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by email no later than 1700 Mountain time on May 14, 2025. Answers will be posted to SAM.gov no later than May 19, 2025.



This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The result of this requirement will be a Firm Fixed

Priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide pricing in accordance with the attached Schedule of Items in Section B.



Note: Please include all applicable taxes in your quote. Contractor must be registered/active in SAM.gov on RFQ due date/time.





Description: The Santa Fe National Forest needs to purchase 121,500 EA rigid seedling protection tubes, 123,500 EA bamboo sticks, and 101,000 EA landscape staples for a reforestation project in accordance with the attached Supply Specification/Salient Characteristics sheet.
