Reeves Hill Second Water Storage Tank

The Town of Wayland (“Owner”) shall receive sealed General Bids at the Town Manager’s Office, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 for the Reeves Hill Second Water Storage Tank, Contract No. 26-1004-IFB, until 10:00 AM prevailing time, Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.  Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted.  There will be no pre-bid conference conducted for this project.

The work of this Contract generally consists of the furnishing and installation of a 0.75-million-gallon capacity precast, prestressed, wire wound, concrete water storage tank in Wayland, Massachusetts with an internal tank mixing system and associated site work, piping and appurtenances as required by the Contract Drawings and Specifications.

Bidding documents will be available, free of charge, on or after 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, and may be electronically downloaded from the Town of Wayland website at www.wayland.ma.us/bids by selecting “26-1004-IFB, Reeves Hill Second Water Storage Tank.”
