Description:	The Scope of Work for this project will consist of furnishing all labor and materials required to perform construction services. The design development drawings represent the intended scope of work. The contractor will work directly with the SLHA and its design team comprised of Civil Design, Inc. and St. Louis Design Alliance Architects to design, plan, and rehabilitate all 295 units, the community amenity spaces, and exterior spaces of the site.
