Redevelopment of Surplus Property - Block of 22nd and Flora Ave

Project Description: The City of Kansas City, Missouri (“the City”) is soliciting proposals for the sale and redevelopment of surplus property in the Wendell Phillips neighborhood at the southwest block of 22nd and Flora Avenue, directly east of Paseo. The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to identify a qualified team of professionals with proven experience, capability, and expertise to assist the City in furthering the development in and around the Wendell Phillips neighborhood. The District is strategically located within greater downtown Kansas City and the City, adjacent to the Beacon Hills and Mount Hope neighborhoods.
