Project Description: The City of Cincinnati (the “City”), through the Department of Community and Economic Development (“DCED”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) pursuant to the provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code (CMC), Chapter 321 and City Manager Administrative Regulation 23 for the development of the subject property (“the Site”) located at 1623 Pleasant Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals and vision statements from qualified developers or development teams (“Offerors”) for the subject property and select a qualified Offeror.
