Sealed bids from General Contractors will be received at the office of the City Manager (City of
Euharlee City Hall) until 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 02, 2024, at which time they will be opened and
publicly read:

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Euharlee City Hall at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 09,
2024. Those intending to submit a bid are required to attend the pre-bid conference. Site Visit will

Bid documents may be obtained from the Architect's website, alanbellarchitect.com. A fee of $100.00 is
required to be placed on the Official List of Bidders as a General Contractor and become eligible to
submit Pre-Bid RFI¿s and a bid. Payments can be made via check, cash or card (there is a 4% fee for
card payments).
