The City is accepting RFP submissions from developers and associated parties for the transfer of ownership and redevelopment of an approximately 3.54-acre property commonly known as the J.H. Sessions and Son Building at 273 Riverside Avenue, Bristol CT (the “Property”). Also included in the sale is 296 Riverside Ave., a 0.44 acre site. The City intends to transition this environmentally remediated property from an abandoned mill building to a vibrant apartment community. As such, the City is prepared to transfer the property for the sum of $1, as well as consider additional development incentives, to support the selected project.
