Project Description: The City of Palm Coast, Florida invites qualified development teams to submit Request for Statement of Qualifications for the redevelopment of two City-owned parcels located within the Palm Coast Community Redevelopment Area (CRA). The sites consist of approximately 7.793 acres and 8.5 acres respectively. The City seeks experienced development partners capable of delivering high-quality projects that generate economic activity, employment opportunities, and long-term tax base growth.
