Redevelopment of City Owned Parcels - Plaza Tennis Courts

Project Description: The City of Kansas City, Missouri (“the City”) is soliciting proposals for the development of City-owned parcels currently utilized for the Plaza Tennis Courts in the Country Club Plaza District in Kansas City, Missouri, approximately located at 4747 Mill Creek Parkway and 4700 Brookside Blvd (the “Site”). The City would consider either the sale or lease of the Site and is willing to discuss creative financing models including those that provide stable revenue to the Parks and Recreation Department. Any development of this Site requires replacement of The Plaza Tennis Courts complex to another desirable location within the City before development of the Site commences.
