Description
The City of South Fulton (the ¿City¿) is soliciting Bids from interested and qualified licensed General Contractors to renovate and expand the Red Oak Welcome Center, including exterior site improvements such as a covered pavilion, amphitheater, parking facilities, and green space. The selected Proposer will be required to enter into a Contract that the City determines to be fair, competitive, and in the best interest of the City.
