Red Dog Rockery Wall Repairs

Storey County will be accepting sealed bids for the above referenced project "PWP-25-007899 Red Dog Rockery Wall Repairs” Bids must be received by no later than Tuesday January 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM (14:00 hours) local time. Bids received after this date and/or time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the sender.  Bids must be clearly marked on the outside envelope.   Electronically transmitted bids will not be accepted.  Storey County reserves the right to reject any bid or to accept the bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the county.  Bids will be opened and read aloud at 2:10 PM (14:10 hours) in the Slammer Storey County Courthouse Conference Room at 26 South B Street, Virginia City, Nevada 89440.

Project Description: Supply all necessary labor and material to install structural hillside repairs as per Lumos & Associates Project Drawing and Specifications dated June 2025 titled Permit / Bid Set. Work consists of steel columns, soil nails and shotcrete.

There will be a Required site inspection on Thursday January 08, 2025 @ 10:00 AM PST.
