This Request for Quote (RFQ) is an invitation by Red Deer Polytechnic (RDP) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding offers for the provision of and installation of one Boiler Heat Exchanger on an RBI Flexcore Model CK3000 Natural Gas Heating Boiler . It is RDP’s intention to enter into the Form of Agreement, attached as Appendix A to this RFQ, with only one (1) legal entity. Mandatory Requirements: Respondents who do not comply with the following mandatory criteria will be disqualified without further consideration given. Each proposal MUST include completion of the : Submission For (Attachment #1), completed and signed by an authorized representative of the respondent.
