ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Notice is provided by the Township Secretary that proposals will be received by the Township of Lower Merion for the following:
Recycling Services:
Transport, Processing and Marketing of Commingled Materials and
Newsprint, Mixed Paper and Old Corrugated Cardboard (OCC)
Contract Number: 25-12-557
Sealed proposals shall be submitted online via the PennBid Bonfire Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).
Proposals will be received until 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, Thursday, June 12, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section (Exhibit “C”) of the Bid Document, unless otherwise stated in the Special Conditions section (Exhibit “E”).
A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of $50,000.00 are required.
Specifications may be obtained electronically, at no cost, on the PennBid Bonfire website.
Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the “Questions” feature in PennBid. The last day for receipt of written questions is the end of business day Friday, June 6, 2025.
